RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

If you are having trouble with your order or want to return an item, please use the form below to contact us.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The original cost of shipping will not be included in any refund request. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

RoachCola can not be responsible for any returns/exchanges unless tracking information is provided by the customer. Roachcola can only be responsible for items received and can not maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.

REFUND REQUESTS (if applicable)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will send you an email to let you know if your request has been approved or denied for a full refund, partial refund or store credit. Please allow some time for your bank/credit company to process the refund.

EXCEPTIONS

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products

  • Sale Items

  • Gift Cards

  • Deposits

  • Any/All International Orders

EXCHANGES

We do not make exchanges. After your return and refund is accepted/complete you are welcome to place a new separate purchase for the correct item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We will be unable to track any international orders as USPS stops tracking after the package leaves the U.S. Please contact your local post office

If there is an issue, we suggest you contact your local post office and place an inquiry with them.

We do not offer refunds or returns on international orders.
